Our Service
3.1 We offer an online short term, payday and installment loan application service.
3.2 Through our website, you will be able to access lenders or product providers including Credit Brokers who, based upon the information you have provided, may be able to meet your borrowing requirements. Where two or more options are available, you will be “matched” with the lender with the lowest cost.
3.3 Once accepted by a lender or product provider including Credit Brokers, you will be directed towards their website. After this point, we are unable to take responsibility for any loan you do or do not take out, or any alternative solution you choose.
3.4 Any loan you take out as a result of using our service is a legal agreement between you and your lender, to which Loanable Ltd is not a party
3.5 We are a broker, NOT a lender. We do not provide credit to customers, nor are we involved in lending decisions.
3.5 Any ‘example repayments’ offered on our website are based on our Representative APR and are meant only as a guide. The actual rate of any loan will be down to your chosen lender.
3.6 We do not carry out any credit checks or credit scoring.
3.7 We will find you a lender or product provider based on both the information you provide and the requirements the lender or product provider including Credit Brokers has supplied. We do not promise or otherwise guarantee to find you the cheapest loan for your circumstances.
3.8 If we cannot find you a lender then we may refer you to an alternative product provider including Credit Brokers.
3.9 We do not charge the customer a fee for using our broker services, but we do receive a commission from lenders, product providers or other brokers for successful applications introduced through this website or if a customer enters into a consumer credit agreement with a lender or broker following an introduction through this website. You agree that we are entitled to retain any such commission in full.
Credit Checking
4.1 While we do not conduct any credit checks, individual lenders and finance providers within our system may use credit scoring to determine whether or not to extend credit to you.
4.2 By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are accepting that you may be credit checked by loan providers.
4.3 Details of credit checks carried out may appear on your credit file.
About You
5.1 All the information you provide when using our service must be accurate and correct to the best of your knowledge
5.2 It is illegal to provide incorrect information when applying for financial products – If you knowingly provide inaccurate details when using our service, you understand that you may be subject to a fraud investigation.
5.3 You are not guaranteed access to credit by the use of our service.
